YOUR TASKS
  • Coordination and supervision of repair and maintenance measures in the portfolio
  • Compliance with and monitoring of quality and budget specifications (incl. reporting)
  • Coordination of external service providers within the scope of the measures
  • Internal and external contact person for the supervision of technical measures in the property
  • Carrying out technical due diligence processes for individual properties and portfolios
  • Preparation of valuation reports in German and English
  • Execution of or participation in technical property inspections
  • Support and participation in other technical issues concerning the property in the client’s interest
  • Support in the field of transaction consulting
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in engineering (construction or architecture), industrial engineering or similar
  • Additional training in “project management and real estate economics” desirable
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Expert knowledge and experience in the service fields of project management
  • Knowledge in the use of project management tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Team player with focus on client success
  • Local, time-related and methodical flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of foreign languages (English), both written and spoken
